About the role:
As our Weekend Afternoon Concierge at a landmark residential address in the heart of Sydney CBD, you’ll be the warm, professional presence that residents look forward to seeing when they arrive home. From the afternoon through to the evening, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless, every space is beautifully presented, and every resident feels like a VIP - because for us, the details make all the difference.
Greeting residents and guests warmly as they come and go throughout the afternoon and evening
Managing parcels, deliveries, and mail with care and accuracy
Coordinating dry cleaning, taxi and corporate car bookings on behalf of residents
Maintaining the lobby, concierge desk and shared spaces to an impeccable standard
Responding to resident requests via phone, email and the building’s live chat platform
Logging building maintenance issues and escalating where needed
Supporting space activations and building events as required
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
You have experience in hospitality, concierge, reception or customer service
You’re warm, approachable and genuinely love working with people
You’re calm under pressure and can juggle multiple requests with ease
You take pride in your personal presentation and your workspace
You’re reliable and committed, your residents count on you showing up every weekend
Experience in residential buildings or property management is a bonus, not a must
