Primary Purpose

As our Weekend Overnight Concierge at a landmark residential address in the heart of Sydney CBD, you’ll be the calm, reliable presence that keeps the building running beautifully through the early morning hours. This is a role for someone who thrives independently; someone who takes pride in the quiet responsibility of ensuring residents can come home at any hour and feel completely at ease.

Job Description

Snapshot of your day

  • Welcoming residents and guests arriving during overnight hours with warmth and discretion
  • Managing after-hours resident requests, parcel collections and any late deliveries
  • Maintaining the lobby and shared spaces to an exceptional standard overnight
  • Monitoring building access and following security and safety protocols
  • Logging any incidents, maintenance concerns or building issues for the morning team
  • Conducting first impression checks and ensuring the building is handover-ready at shift end
  • Escalating any urgent matters to building management as required

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

  • You’re self-directed, reliable and comfortable working independently through the night
  • You have experience in hospitality, concierge, security or customer-facing roles
  • You’re calm and composed - confident managing the unexpected at unusual hours
  • You take discretion, confidentiality and building security seriously
  • You’re punctual and dependable - overnight weekend shifts need someone who shows up, every time
  • Experience in residential buildings or front-of-house environments is a plus
