We’re looking for several new team members to join our Flex Concierge team at a landmark residential address in the heart of Sydney CBD. These are flexible, varied roles designed for people who love stepping into a well-run environment and making an immediate impact. You’ll work across a range of shifts to support our permanent team, ensuring residents always receive the same warm, high-quality welcome no matter the day or time.

• Greeting and assisting residents, guests and visitors across a variety of shifts
• Managing parcel deliveries, mail and dry cleaning services with care
• Coordinating resident requests and building services via phone, email and live chat
• Maintaining the lobby and concierge desk to an exceptional standard
• Supporting the Head Concierge with day-to-day operations and event activations
• Logging incidents or maintenance items as they arise
• Adapting quickly - no two shifts look exactly the same
