Primary Purpose of Role:

The Concierge / Workplace Services team member is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality front-of-house and workplace experience for building occupants and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium service standard Auxus is known for.

This role combines traditional concierge hospitality with hands-on workplace services — from reception and visitor management through to meeting room coordination, mail handling, and general workplace support.

Snapshot of Your Day:

  • Welcoming visitors, tenants and staff with a warm and professional greeting
  • Managing reception, switchboard and front-of-house presentation
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, AV equipment and catering requirements
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and deliveries
  • Maintaining communal areas, kitchens and breakout spaces to a high standard
  • Supporting workplace services tasks including stationery, supplies and minor facilities requests
  • Logging and escalating maintenance or safety issues as required
  • Building positive relationships with building occupants and becoming a trusted part of the workplace community

Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

  • Previous experience in concierge, reception, front-of-house, hospitality or customer service roles
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills — you’re naturally warm and approachable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Comfortable with technology — confident using Microsoft Office, booking systems and general workplace tools
  • Proactive and solutions-focused — you see what needs doing and get it done
  • A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for others

To be eligible for this role you will need to have full working rights in Australia, a valid police check, and a first aid certificate is preferable.

If you are interested in becoming a part of the Auxus team and meet the above criteria, please apply by submitting your resume.
