11/10/2026
Permanent - Full Time
Sydney City
Cleaning, Concierge, Security

Primary Purpose

This role runs the concierge operations across a cluster of government workplace sites and is a senior operational presence across the wider portfolio. You're the escalation point for the team and the client and you own workforce planning and KPI performance.

Job Description

Snapshot of Your Day

  • You'll lead the concierge team across your sites, track performance against the KPIs, and lift it through coaching, training and formal performance management where it's needed
  • You'll be the escalation point for the client and the team on service gaps, complaints and complex requests, documented and resolved within the agreed timeframes, and the person the other site managers come to
  • You'll build and publish rosters ahead of time, keep every site covered through leave and short-notice gaps, keep time and attendance compliant, and run recruitment and onboarding so new starters deliver from day one
  • You'll keep the site documentation current, SOPs, risk assessments, SWMS and training checklists, review WHS incident reports, audit to the KPI standard and deliver the end-of-month reporting
  • You'll run team training, keep the concierge policies and procedures current across every site, and bring improvement ideas to the account manager and leadership team

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

You bring:

  • Senior supervisory or management experience in concierge, facilities management, government or workplace services, with multi-site teams reporting to you
  • Leadership that holds a team to its KPIs and brings people with you, including through formal performance management when it's needed
  • The confidence to engage with senior government clients, and to be the person the team calls on when something has gone wrong
  • A sound working knowledge of WHS obligations, compliance frameworks and government service delivery standards
  • The organisation to run rosters, reporting and the day's priorities at once, and manage your own week at short notice
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • A current police check, and first aid and emergency warden accreditation, or willingness to be trained. First aid is a requirement of this role and we provide the training

You're at your best when the day is varied and you're the person others rely on to keep it moving.
