Primary Purpose of Role:
The Workplace concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, communication and administration skills.
You will be the central point of contact for employees and visitors, providing assistance, information and support while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Snapshot of your day:
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting employees and visitors
Provide registration support and issue access passes for visitors and permanent employees
Respond to email enquiries and phone calls in a timely manner
Provide building induction to all new employees, contractors and visitors ensuring they are well informed of the building and its facilities.
Mail management and advising customers of any parcel deliveries
Provide meeting room support and ensure meeting rooms are ready for use & in excellent conditions at all times
Complete daily walkthrough of workspace, ensure standards are maintained and report any maintenance and cleaning issues
Monitor levels of stationery and kitchen supplies, restocking when required
To act as the fire warden (floor warden) in case of fire emergencies
To be the first aider for emergencies
About you:
Strong reception, front office, hospitality/customer service experience in previous roles
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Passion for people and customer service
Attention to detail
Works well under pressure and ability to multi–task
Proficient computer skills
