Primary Purpose of Role:

The Workplace concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, communication and administration skills.

You will be the central point of contact for employees and visitors, providing assistance, information and support while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

 

 

Snapshot of your day:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting employees and visitors
  • Provide registration support and issue access passes for visitors and permanent employees
  • Respond to email enquiries and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Provide building induction to all new employees, contractors and visitors ensuring they are well informed of the building and its facilities.
  • Mail management and advising customers of any parcel deliveries
  • Provide meeting room support and ensure meeting rooms are ready for use & in excellent conditions at all times
  • Complete daily walkthrough of workspace, ensure standards are maintained and report any maintenance and cleaning issues
  • Monitor levels of stationery and kitchen supplies, restocking when required
  • To act as the fire warden (floor warden) in case of fire emergencies
  • To be the first aider for emergencies

 

About you:

  • Strong reception, front office, hospitality/customer service experience in previous roles
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for people and customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure and ability to multi–task
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Team player
