About You
We’re looking for a security professional who is ready to step up and lead. You’ll be passionate about high-end service in a retail environment, team development, and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Minimum 1-2 years security experience ideally at a large retail site
A valid State Security Licence (essential)
A current Senior First Aid Certificate (essential)
This dynamic, hands-on supervisory role supports daily security operations while mentoring the wider team. You’ll have full access to tailored onsite training, including control room systems, incident handling, and emergency simulations.
Key responsibilities:
Floor supervision and rostering support
Incident report review, management, and escalation
Staff performance, disciplinary action, and coaching
Liaising with Centre Management, tenants, and the public
Conflict resolution and emergency response coordination
Security audits and compliance checks
Administrative reporting and site documentation
